The Forkliftag Inspection Booklet contains 6 pages of daily inspection boxes and is an adaption of our standard insert designed to help control pre-shift inspections, maintenance and identification of forklift trucks and designed to operate alongside the Forkliftag Holder.
The Booklet Insert contains an easy-to-follow pre-use operator checklist on the front and the facility to record up to 252 inspections.
