• Total Spend of £500 or over is required to qualify for your free Sat Nav System
• The Offer is only available to purchases made on www.scafftag.co.uk
• "Total Spend" is defined as the aggregate net value of products normally available through the www.scafftag.co.uk website before the addition of VAT made by you from www.scafftag.co.uk between 1 March 2012 and 31st March 2012.
• The offer is separate from other discount agreements you may have agreed with Scafftag and only the standard www.scafftag.co.uk discount structure will apply to orders.
• Unless otherwise expressly agreed, Scafftag standard Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply to all purchases.
• Your Sat Nav System will be shipped by courier to a UK address only as soon as possible after your purchase. Scafftag cannot be held responsible for any delay howsoever caused, such as product non-availability or delivery problems.
• If your purchases are made against a Trading account and amounts are subsequently unpaid, Scafftag reserves the right to add the cost of the Sat Nav System to any claim it may have against you.
• If your purchases are made against a credit or debit card and amounts are subsequently unpaid or reversed by the card holder or issuing bank, Scafftag reserves the right to add the cost of the Sat Nav System to any claim it may have against you.
• Sat Nav System models may vary, and are subject to stock availability.
